After 3,906 days, my adventure at EntityOne has come to an end.

After a good 10 years, I’ve decided to leave EntityOne. Not an easy decision, but a necessary one.

After ten wonderful years, I am closing the chapter on my journey with EntityOne. I feel deeply grateful for the countless life lessons, the many memorable moments, milestones, projects, and conversations. I am confident that all the clients, projects, and colleagues are in good hands.

It has been a wild and unforgettable ride that I will always cherish. It was crazy.

I made this decision because I feel it is time for a fresh breeze, something new, a step into the unknown, and a move out of my comfort zone.

It was not an easy decision to make. I found myself working too much on autopilot, seeing too many recurring patterns, and the days started to blend together. Some people thrive in that rhythm, but I am not one of them.

This started a process where I was learning fewer new things and saw fewer opportunities for growth. I began to miss the challenge, and my enthusiasm and drive started to fade. This also affected my overall well-being, so something needed to change.

My plan now is to have no plan at all, and to slow down for a while. I will spend time cycling, reading, allowing myself to be endlessly bored, and enjoying moments with my family while reflecting on what I want to do in the next 3,906 days and beyond.

I see this step, which feels exciting and a little scary, as an investment in the future.
