Use of the Site

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site. By using the Site, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Booking a call

You can have one upcoming call per email address. Either of us can cancel from the calendar invite or the link in the confirmation email. A call booked by an AI assistant only goes ahead once you confirm it by email.

Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, national, or international law.
  • Send content through the Site that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site or the servers or networks it runs on.
  • Try to gain unauthorized access to the Site or the systems connected to it.
  • Use robots, crawlers, scrapers or other automated means to access the Site without our written permission. AI assistants booking a call through our booking server at fonsvandamme.com/mcp are welcome.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video and software, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. This does not include reselling or commercial use of the Site or its contents.

The Site and all content on it are provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties, express or implied, about the Site, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability
